Within ten days of obtaining the original legal documents (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Guarantee Letter, Employment Contract, and Service Agreement between Company and our agency), the final interview with the chosen employees will take place.
If the visa is not required to be endorsed in the passport, arrangements for the worker’s deployment will be made within 10 days of receiving the copy of the visa (in the case of Qatar, within 10 working days). It will take at least forty-five days if the endorsement of the visa is needed.
If a worker is determined to be unfit for the work within ninety days of taking the position, new employees will be provided at no cost.
A worker’s wage and other benefits should be explicitly mentioned by the company in the contract.
The following benefits should be provided to employees by the employer company in a written contract in accordance with the guidelines of the Nepalese government.
